Payment

Payments are processed via Paypal. We do not accept any other forms of payment through the website. If you need to speak to us about payment please use the contact page.

Postage and packing

Delivery

Once your payment has cleared, you should expect to receive your item within 2-3 working days, although this cannot and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We do not store any customers financial or credit card details in any form. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any companies, organisations or individuals.

Your Purchase
Artwork colours may vary from the scanned image shown on the website and in any digital proof sent to you. This is because scanned images displayed on your screen may vary due to your screen and its settings.

If you are framing items they should be displayed away from direct sunlight and fluorescent lighting as they can fade. Do not hang in a bathroom or other area of high humidity.

Returns & Guartantee

You may cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms first contact us and then return your products within 7 days of receiving your parcel. You must return the goods at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm the artist or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.
